Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Yeasto is a pizza dough calculator and fermentation manager built to work entirely on your device. We do not create user accounts and we do not collect personal data on our servers. This notice explains the limited information that is handled so the app can be distributed on the Apple App Store.

2. Data We Handle

All recipes, fermentation logs, timers, and preferences that you add stay locally on your iOS device. The data exists only for as long as you keep it in the app.

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, an encrypted copy of your data is stored in your personal Apple iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit service. Yeasto cannot access that data, and Apple protects it under the Apple Privacy Policy.

3. How Information Is Used

• To calculate fermentation schedules based on the inputs you provide.
• To trigger optional, on-device notifications that remind you about fermentation steps.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks, and no data is sold or used for marketing.

4. Sharing and Retention

We do not share your information with third parties and we never transfer your data off your device. When you delete a recipe, disable iCloud sync, or uninstall Yeasto, the associated data is removed from your device. Any iCloud copies are controlled entirely by Apple and follow your iCloud storage settings.

5. Your Choices

• Edit or delete entries directly within the app at any time.
• Control iCloud sync from Yeasto's settings or in iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > iCloud Drive.
• Manage notification permissions from iOS Settings > Notifications > Yeasto.
